We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager with Telecom domain expertise

to help our development teams with agile ways of working. As a lead within the team you would be responsible to ensure that the requirements are clearly understood by the developers and high-quality work is delivered in agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure agile ceremonies run efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Telecom-specific requirements. Identify, track, and manage project risks, dependencies, and impediments, proactively resolving or escalating issues as needed. Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile principles, fostering continuous improvement and maximizing team performance. Monitor project progress and deliverables, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership. Promote a collaborative and self-organizing team culture, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all team members. Use data-driven insights to analyze team performance, implement corrective actions, and optimize sprint outcomes. Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively. Leverage Telecom industry knowledge to ensure solutions are relevant, scalable, and aligned with domain best practices. Maintain a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, leveraging four years of experience to mentor less-experienced team members and drive process enhancements.
Prerequisites

At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in software development environments. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and methodologies, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Experience in the Telecom domain is highly preferred.

Certification or equivalent (e.g., PSM) is highly preferred. Strong skills in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing Agile projects while managing risks and dependencies. Ability to guide and coach cross-functional teams, remove roadblocks, and foster continuous improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in identifying, addressing, and resolving team challenges and conflicts constructively. Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Azure DevOps. Expertise in tracking Agile metrics (burndown, velocity, etc.) and using them to drive team performance and transparency.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
