PROJECT MANAGER / HOD TELECOMMUNICATION JB a. Report to the CED b. Administrating tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient, quality working environment and human relation for the department staff. c. Upon confirmation of project, check through the construction drawings, tender documents including all bill of quantities and specifications in details and work out Project Quality Plan (PQP) following the guideline as stipulated in the \xe2\x80\x9cProject Quality Plan Procedure\xe2\x80\x9d under Project Function in Level II documents. d. Ensuring over all control; quality, time and cost of the projects execution and meeting the customer satisfaction in accordance with the contract and ISO 9001 Standards requirements. e. Coordinating and superintending the project site operations including the, Supervisor, site staff, sub-contractors and suppliers. f. Overall supervision of project execution as scheduled and management of construction phases, materials and equipment arrangement etc. g. Ensuring project to be in accordance with the plans, specifications, quality, cost and time established in the contract, company quality system and local authorities, (including safety, health and welfare, requirements). h. Ensuring site works progress to be satisfactory in accordance with plans, contracts, local authorities and company Quality System requirements. i. Conduct regular sub-contractor coordination meetings to monitor and keep track the progress of works. j. Prepare and update monthly progress report for submission to client/S.O.
