Oversee the construction progress of sub-structure and superstructure construction, including retail podium, office, car park, infrastructure, and drainage activities. Manage the quality and workmanship of construction tasks. Ensure timely project completion by scheduling, reviewing work programs, and monitoring site progress. Monitor construction costs to uphold project implementation within the specified budget. Attend all necessary site meetings. Secure approval for variations and supervise progress billing for respective components. Review construction drawings to proactively identify and address potential issues. Coordinate and resolve site-related issues, collaborating with relevant parties for the projects timely completion. Conduct design coordination as needed. Address land physical encumbrances, assist in master planning, and contribute to land sub-division efforts. Oversee authorities submissions and ensuring timely approvals. Undertake additional assignments as directed by the Managing Director and COO as needed. Requirements Hold at least a bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field. Demonstrate over 10 years of pertinent work experience, including exposure to consultants, contractors, and developers, to effectively contribute to progress monitoring and resolution of site and/or land issues. Capable of managing diverse stakeholders such as contractors, consultants, and local authorities. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Familiar with contractors scopes of work and responsibilities, including contractual requirements, to prevent or mitigate Variation Orders and cost overruns. Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
