Job responsibilities: Develop a process for planning and controlling project implementation. Formulate a strategy for project procurement. Establish a planning and control process for project Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE). Execute value management processes. Identify and organize procurement activities for approval by authorities. Supervise and manage the progress of the project. Monitor and manage project finances and cash flow. Administer legal and contractual requirements, changes, and information management for the project. Ensure monitoring and control of QHSE compliance in the project. Administer the closeout and handover of the project. Create an operations and maintenance plan. Demonstrate willingness to travel with personal transportation and flexibility in work locations based on project requirements (East Malaysia/West Malaysia). Review and approve material selection and purchases for on-site use. Review and approve on-site work scheduling and planning. Requirements Job requirements: Hold at least a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering. Mandatory qualifications include experience in High Rise Projects (Residential and office towers), and additional experience in Hospital Projects, especially with Design and Build (D&B) expertise, would be advantageous. A solid grasp of building regulations, construction knowledge, and the project implementation process is essential. Have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Project/Site Management. Ability to communicate in English languages is required. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and complete projects on time and within budget.
