Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The ISIT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves coordinating teams, gathering requirements, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring smooth software deployment.

• Manage Software development project management: Oversee new software requests and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct meetings with users to gather and document requirements, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the internal development team to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Project Management: Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Code Review: Review and validate code to ensure meet quality and adherence to standards.
• Database Management: Work with SQL databases to support project requirement ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
• Development Knowledge: Understand mobile apps and web apps development to effectively manage related projects.
• Software Deployment: Manage the deployment of software applications, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• SDLC Management: Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure all phases are properly executed and documented.

Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must posses at leas:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management.
• proven experience in managing software development projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: proficiency in code review and SQL database management.
• Development Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile apps and web apps development.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and manage a team.
