n your new role you will:

roject management (traditional & agile) for manufacturing reporting (including data preparation & provisioning, data virtualization &visualization, general BI) , Agile coach & transformation (FI MEA PER,FI MEA, FI, IFKM FI), FI MEA PER resources/budget/roadmap planning.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have:
E

ducation & qualifications: B
- achelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. F
- ormal Scrum training, certification of Scrum Master from any recognized institution/organization. F
- ormal Project Management training, certification of Project Management from any recognized institution/organization.
  E
xperience: M
- in of 5 years working as a Scrum Master on software development projects. M
- in of 2 years in managing project with traditional waterfall approach. M
- in of 2 years experience coaching an Agile team. E
- xperience in software & IT solution development in semiconductor manufacturing area, experience in BI (business intelligent) solution will be an added advantage.
