Job description
In your new role you will:
- Project management (traditional & agile) for manufacturing reporting (including data preparation & provisioning, data virtualization &visualization, general BI) , Agile coach & transformation (FI MEA PER,FI MEA, FI, IFKM FI), FI MEA PER resources/budget/roadmap planning.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Education & qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Formal Scrum training, certification of Scrum Master from any recognized institution/organization.
- Formal Project Management training, certification of Project Management from any recognized institution/organization.
- Experience:
- Min of 5 years working as a Scrum Master on software development projects.
- Min of 2 years in managing project with traditional waterfall approach.
- Min of 2 years experience coaching an Agile team.
- Experience in software & IT solution development in semiconductor manufacturing area, experience in BI (business intelligent) solution will be an added advantage.
