Position Title : Service Delivery Manager/ Project Manager Industry :IT Software Location: Remote Work (Singapore HQ) Salary Range: Up to RM14000 Job Responsibilities: Executing the end-to-end management of all project planning, implementation & review activities assigned by the management. Detailed activities include: \xe2\x97\x8f Overall management in terms of working, liaising and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (Management, Clients, DevOps, HR, Finance, Sales, Business Development)involved to establish good working relationships. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage the development of project plan, with support from different departments, during proposal stage, including detailed activities, schedule, milestones, resources and cost estimation. Support and uphold the project goals, objectives and deliverables agreed by the management with various stakeholders. \xe2\x97\x8f During the implementation stage, execute project delivery in accordance to plan.Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to gain alignment, and assist in setting deadlines, assigning resources, and providing periodic progress status reports. \xe2\x97\x8f Support activities that happen due to scope changes, issues and risks that affect implementation and work closely with clients, developers and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation. \xe2\x97\x8f Develop in-depth understanding of Tech (blockchain, AI/ML, Cybersecurity) industry\xe2\x80\x99s best practices and procedures to ensure evolution and betterment of the service delivery department. \xe2\x97\x8f Where applicable, will be responsible for operational management of service, process or system following delivery of key projects. \xe2\x97\x8f Proactively identifies, troubleshoots and escalates any identified risks and issues. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure clear and timely input towards portfolio reporting and visibility. \xe2\x97\x8f Defines, develops and implements required training and knowledge documents to ensure Vision\xe2\x80\x99s Projects, Processes and Systems are understood and adopted. \xe2\x97\x8f Own the relationship of all projects, partnering with key stakeholders and vendors to attain accurate business goals and objectives. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for delivering project execution within project teams and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders for successful project delivery \xe2\x97\x8f Assist with Conceptualisation, Reviewing and Implementation of Vision Product Roadmap. \xe2\x97\x8f Will be required to develop skills as a knowledgeable subject matter expert (SME) in areas of Products and Operations. \xe2\x97\x8f An unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty. Position Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Experience and Education: Degree in business administration or related disciplines. \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in project management in a similar industry. \xe2\x97\x8f Personality: Possesses sense of adaptability, leadership, proactiveness, punctuality and ownership. Be details-oriented, firm and persuasive, resilient to conflicting demands. \xe2\x97\x8f Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
