Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from customer handover to mass production readiness. Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams to achieve project timelines, cost targets, and quality objectives. Review and approve mechanical/electronics drawings for manufacturability, ensuring design compliance with production capabilities. Provide design feedback and recommendations to customers or internal engineering teams for improvements. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, manage risks, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery. Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment. Prepare regular project status updates and reports for management and stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management and NPI processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in NPI project management or related functions. Strong knowledge of reviewing and interpreting mechanical/electronic drawings. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong project management skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in project scheduling tools and Microsoft Office applications. Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Experience:

NPI project management: 1 year (Preferred) reviewing and interpreting mechanical/electronic drawings: 1 year (Preferred)
