Responsibilities

Spearhead overall aspects of on-going construction projects, ensuring on time delivery and compliance with clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and ISO standards.
Fulfil company\xe2\x80\x99s contractual obligation in terms of progress, finance, safety, quality and environmental.
Liaise with Authority to obtain the necessary works approval.
Oversee and manage project/program progress reporting such as financial reports, resource forecasts, benefits tracking, and risks / issues management.
Lead multidisciplinary construction teams to deliver project objectives, implementing policies, procedures, instructions relevant to and required by the QESH system
Assist contract department for monthly claims management by certifying sub-contract progress claim and delivering claim related information/progress.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Architecture / Engineer / Construction Management) or equivalent.
At least 10 years work experience in interior design renovation field and computer literate
Willingness and competency to perform as part of a tight-knit team.
Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
