[ Job ID - PSPE23062023FJ ] The Project Sales & Proposal Engineer (PSPE) will be responsible for product brand development, FEED projects lobbying, tender proposal preparation, and project management and execution. Essential Job Responsibilities The Project Sales & Proposal Engineer (PSPE) performs the following primary function. The position may require additional duties/responsibilities not outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change. PPE will be assigned a specific product group, and he will be required to apply what he has learned and strategised on creating needs for the designated customers Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. He will be coordinating and managing sales activities such as cold calling, meetings, presentations, and related matters to Engineering/SI/Consultancies companies, eyeing the FEED projects opportunities. He will prepare tender proposals based on the customer requirements such as tenders etc. He will initiate the project planning and execution when the project is secured with the supervision of a senior or Manager. Research and analyze the market for new opportunities, develop attractive solutions & offerings, and establish techno-commercial feasibility. Work closely with the Key Account Sales to promote the assigned product brands to the end user market. Will work together with the Marketing team to promote & make acknowledge of our water product in the market. Be flexible to multi-tasking whenever required. Qualification & Requirements: The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to perform this role successfully. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities, would be acceptable, subject to any legal/or regulatory requirements. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Chemical/Process/Industrial/Instrumentation/Analyzer/ Environmental Engineering, or associate degree with 1 or more years experience in testing and commissioning of water/wastewater process analyzers/ Analysis equipment or Diploma and 2 or more years experience in Technical Sales/Project Sales/Proposal/Project. Must have experience in project sales or technical sales. Able to work in an industry relevant to wastewater treatment & Industrial Water treatment Hands-on experience with selling any product related of Sewage treatment, water treatment and wastewater treatment. Have exposure of Industrial Sales (WTP/DM/ETP/ RO/SOFTNER) Have experience/ knowledge in any related background in Water Analysis/Instrumentation, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants & Environmental Treatment in waterworks Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and good driving record is required. 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in tender and project environment preferred. Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job. Proficient level of computer skills including Ms. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Ms Project and Outlook Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment. Resourceful, with the ability to work independently. Strong time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills. Attention to detail. Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. KPI Criteria\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x99 Brand Development \xe2\x80\x93 able to execute product road map assigned and work closely with Key Account Team to develop product sales opportunities by preparing on time technical & commercial proposal. Key Results based on quantity of the equipment able to promote and sell in the calendar year. Project Management & Execution \xe2\x80\x93 able to carry out systematic project planning together with an assigned project team. Project schedule, progress meeting, project execution, project quality measures, project risk assessment, project handover and project closed up meeting and evaluation. Key Results based on the project satisfaction score evaluation.
