Responsibilities
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentations to meet developers\' set deadline.
High-level communication skills.
Conflict resolution with all parties.
Proven ability to negotiate & close sales in property, construction, engineering, hospitalism & wellness industries.
Experience working to and exceeding targets set by the management.
Multi-tasking during Work From Home, preferably with digitalized marketing skill.
