to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction works for township and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, and site coordination
Oversee daily site operations and ensure construction works follow approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitor work progress, quality standards, and safety compliance on site
Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and documentation
Resolve site issues and support timely completion of project milestones
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Degree in
Civil Engineering
or
Construction Management
Minimum
8-10 years of relevant experience
in township or infrastructure projects
Fluent in Mandarin and English
(mandatory for coordination purposes)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site management skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
