to assist in planning, coordination, and reporting for our dredging and reclamation projects. The role supports project management functions to ensure efficient project execution, accurate reporting, and smooth communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare daily and weekly project schedules, including vessel movement planning and activity coordination.
Monitor project progress and report updates to Project PIC and management.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders on project objectives and timelines.
Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, technical submissions, and claims.
Assist in cost tracking, resource planning, and logistics coordination.
Ensure safe working conditions on site and compliance with company safety policies.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil, Marine, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
2 years experience
as a Project or Site Engineer; marine project experience preferred.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD
, and project management tools.
Strong planning, reporting, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel or be deployed to project sites within Malaysia or overseas.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
