Job Description

1. Project Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, and technical documentation Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on site Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines Assist in material planning and quantity verification

2. Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities between teams, vendors, and stakeholders Maintain project schedules, trackers, and documentation Assist in budget monitoring and cost control Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and status updates Track project risks, issues, and action items Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

3. Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor progress and report issues or delays Enforce site discipline and productivity standards Support inspections and handover activities

4. Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and close projects within scope, schedule, and budget Lead project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders Develop project plans, schedules, and cost estimates Monitor project progress and manage risks and changes Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements Report project status to senior management and clients

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma qualification (M&E)

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience

3. Able to work in Klang Valley (main) and outstation

4. Own transportation

5. Able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
