The Project Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, including land clearance, site preparation, construction activities, regulatory compliance, and coordination with government agencies, corporate clients, contractors, and internal teams. This role acts as the main site representative for all operational and external matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Site & Project Supervision
Supervise daily site activities including land clearance, earthworks, site preparation, construction, installation, and operations.
Coordinate and monitor contractors, workers, suppliers, and service providers on-site.
Ensure land clearance works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, permits, and safety requirements.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, schedules, and company standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports for management.
Government, Corporate & External Liaison
Liaise with government agencies, local authorities, and regulatory bodies for land clearance approvals, inspections, compliance matters, and site visits.
Coordinate with corporate clients, partners, and auditors regarding project and site-related matters.
Represent the company during meetings, inspections, audits, and official site visits.
Ensure all documentation required by authorities and corporate parties is properly prepared and maintained.
Compliance & Operations
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements during land clearance and site operations.
Monitor proper handling, storage, and movement of materials on-site.
Maintain and organize permits, licenses, certificates, and operational records.
Safety & Housekeeping
Enforce site safety rules and proper use of PPE at all times.
Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure safe work practices, especially during land clearance and heavy machinery works.
Maintain good housekeeping, cleanliness, and organized site conditions.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, authorities, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate manpower, machinery, logistics, and site resources.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly and escalate major matters to management.
Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate in Engineering, Construction, Environmental Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 year experience as a Site Supervisor, especially in land clearance, earthworks, or construction projects.
Experience dealing with government agencies and corporate clients is an added advantage.
Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance related to land clearance works.
Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
Willing to be based in Bahau, Negeri Sembilan.
