Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and organize DB boxes for residential sites.
- Ensure all necessary documents, tools, and materials are included.
- Maintain accurate records of DB box contents and usage.
2. Material handling.
- Assist in the unloading of materials upon delivery to the site.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage.
3. Mobilization and demobilization.
- Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of equipment and materials.
- Ensure that all equipment is set up correctly and safely.
- Coordinate the efficient and safe removal of materials and equipment at project completion.
4. Team leadership.
- Lead and supervise on-site workers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
5. Quality Control.
- Ensure that all work is completed as per the timeline.
- Address any defects or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality checks.
6. Communication.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with Project Engineer and Client.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
- Address any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
