SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, preparing documents, maintaining project files and organizing project-related documentation.
2. Communication:
To facilitate communication between team members, clients, suppliers, contractor & sub cons.- coordinate and disseminate project-related informations, responding to inquiries, and maintaining communication channels such as email, phone calls, and management tools.- practice active listening skills and provide excellent customer service to all parties
3. Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans or timeline, progress reports, and status updates.
Gather information from team members, compile data, and prepare reports for Project Coordinator or Contractors.
Computer literacy: able to use Ms Excel to prepare quotation / procurement; Ms Word for project progress report, meeting minute, official letters & etc. Ms PPT, prepare presentation material/slide for proposal presentation, company profile, or product sharing.
Fill up form / apply work permit for work application on site.
4. Coordination:
Assist in coordinating project activities by ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed within the given timelines.
Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and update project progress.
Arrange logistics & manpower. - prepare meeting materials, set up audiovisual equipments, and record meeting minutes.
Collaborate closely with project team members, provide assistance and support as needed.
5. Problem Solving:
Required to assist in identifying and resolve project-related issues or obstacles.
Gather information, liaise with purchasing and assist in finding solutions.
Able to work independently and take ownership on the role.
IT\'s essential to maintain good communication with your Head of Department & project coordinator to understand their expectations to fulfil your role effectively.
