This position will play a key role in coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining smooth communication between all stakeholders.
Act as the key liaison for the Director's office, consistently keeping the Director informed and adeptly managing a wide range of tasks independently.
Provide direct reporting and support to the Director, in track project timelines, deliverables, and regulatory requirements.
Manage communication and liaison with state government departments, local authorities, utilities, and statutory bodies.
Assist with submissions, permits, and approvals, and coordinate meetings and follow-up with stakeholders.
Monitor compliance related to any related regulations, safety standards, and project guidelines.
Handle procurement administration such as quotations, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
Assist the Director by managing various ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed.
