Develop project schedules and work plans for interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with designers, consultants, and clients to ensure project alignment with design concepts.
Plan material procurement and logistics to avoid project delays.
Oversee site progress and ensure work is carried out as per design specifications and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to materials, structures, and installations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local authority requirements.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Monitor contractor performance and address any issues that arise.
Monitor project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
Prepare progress reports, variation orders, and project documentation.
Assist in project cost estimation and material selection.
Provide regular updates to clients and management on project status.
Conduct site visits with clients, consultants, and authorities when required.
Address client concerns and provide technical recommendations.
