- Basic from RM 1.8k + Additional Attractive Commission for every successful sales (can earn up to RM 8,000 per month) - Sales Reward will be additionally be given based on KPI Responsibilities: - Advertise and promote sales through advertisements and property platforms, while act proactively to source for new prospects to achieve the sales target. - Prospecting, Scheduling appointments, Assist in negotiation between the clients and the owners and closing sales. - Represent in selling and providing information on properties and loan consultation to clients, businesses and organizations. - Liaise with bankers in applying loan with all documentation complete before submission to banker and ensure loan approved for both clients - Ensure and keep proper documents filing preferably - Assist reporting supervisor on other related work PREFERABLY:
- At least 1 year experience in real estate related job but fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales with no experience are welcome.
- Passionate to learn on property and loan related matter.
- Willing to travel 50%-60% of the time.
