xe3x83xbbCustomer support for Japanese tenants (residential properties only) in Singapore and Malaysia.
Collaborate with a team of 4, including sales representatives in Singapore and Japan, to assist clients.
xe3x83xbbRespond to inquiries from tenants, coordinate with property owners, arrange contractors, and provide estimates.
xe3x83xbbConduct property inspections and take photos, primarily around Kuala Lumpur.
xe3x83xbbInput, update, and maintain property data.

Requirements xe2x9cx93JLPT N2 or higher
xe2x9cx93Experience in hospitality or customer support is preferred
xe2x9cx93Self-motivated and proactive in work
