WIDEBED helps property owners like enhance their property, manage bookings & guests, clean up, and everything in between. We offer hassle-free 24/7 short & long stay management with proven success. We are currently looking for a hands on, experienced designer who will be responsible to help property owners decorate and furnish up their property to create beautiful, yet durable and practical design, that is suitable for Vacation Rentals (short/long term rental). Job Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 Thinking creatively and practically to produce new ideas and concepts \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage project costing and work closely with colleagues from relevant departments to follow up on project progress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop self-image by display a high level of customer relations service and professionalism when dealing with customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for \xe2\x80\x9cstaging\xe2\x80\x9d the property acquired from owners and developers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle bare, partially and fully furnished units that need a \xe2\x80\x9cmake-up\xe2\x80\x9d. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to handle multiple projects at the time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible and able to set priorities straight. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead initial concept presentation and meetings \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare presentation deck, and present to property owners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Source suitable suppliers and vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and monitor projects on site to ensure accuracy in delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in managing projects from A to Z is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Someone with experience with property rental and Airbnb projects is preferred. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Full-Time, Part-Time, Partnership \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own transport \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in English \xe2\x80\xa2 BM and Mandarin are an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
