The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in property development, showcasing their adeptness in overseeing and executing large-scale projects. Additional strengths include experience in crafting sustainable green building initiatives, a solid grasp of pertinent industry regulations, laws, and best practices. Responsibilities: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual, implementation, planning, construction to completion stage, ensuring adherence to approved plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead the development of project strategies, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, to identify viable opportunities. Manage project timelines, critical milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and expenses to ensure financial viability and cost effectiveness. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and agencies to secure all approvals required for planning, commencement, and project completion. Manage project incident according to established incidents management and communication plan. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to minimize project risks. Implement and enforce safety measures to promote a safe working environment on construction sites. Fulfil any additional task assigned by the management from time to time as and when required. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a bonus. Minimum of 15 years\' proven experience in property development, successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects. Experience in developing sustainable green building projects is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and best practices in the property development industry. Technical expertise in handling development projects from start to finish. Proficient in working with local authorities and obtaining necessary approvals. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
