JOB DESCRIPTION

Market study and research on market trend and prospects for residential, office and retail market quarterly basis

Quantitative analysis of macro economy and property market

Analyze demand and products for mid and long term

Impact on business due to changes in relevant policies

Prepare market strategy based on market sensing capability

Find potential projects and prepare analysis report for a property development project for the location, feasibility and market

Prepare area and location analysis for the target projects and fair price of land

Review potential risks and prepare marketing strategy

Utilize networking in the market to expand project pipelines

Find potential projects and prepare analysis report for a property development project for the location, feasibility and market

Utilize networking in the market to expand project pipelines

Resolves legal/financial issues in consultation with Management.

Manages the approval process for all applications including development approvals

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Having experienced in property development market in Malaysia with relevant knowledge to evaluate market sectors in terms of emerging opportunities.
• Capability to review the data to analyze market and prepare reports on competitor trends.
• Having good networking with local players including developers, consultants, marketing firms etc with the ability to build strong positive relationships.
• Demonstrated track record in Property Development with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in project delivery with GDV over 1 billion.
