- Understand company\xe2\x80\x99s investment framework and work closely with superior in identifying suitable landbanks and joint venture partners for future development.
- Deal sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities. Follow up with agents/ developers to generate new business and negotiate investment proposal/ requirement.
- Keep trustful relationship with agents/ developers through proactive follow-up actions and supports in order to obtain on-going strong source of land supply and market information.

- minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within property/ real estate/ similar capacity.
- Knowledge and insight of Property Development Industry
- Good command of English (both written and verbal)
