Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, financial management, and local real estate markets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid real estate license or property management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage 5 to 7 sites in the Klang Valley.
• Lead and support property management teams across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
• Track site KPIs, including collections, expenditure, maintenance work, complaints, and building manager performance.
• Manage expectations and relationships with JMC/MC/owners.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, including renewal of licenses and insurance.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Oversee capital improvement projects and property upgrades.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Organize and manage Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM).
• Attend monthly meetings, including those after office hours.
• Address and manage disputes involving developers, the tribunal, or possible legal action.
• Identify and address potential red flags before they escalate.
