Job Description


Education: - Candidates must possess at lease a Diploma in hospitality or Property Management or equivalent field. - Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. 2. Year of Experience: - Candidates with relevant experience in Property management / Hotel industry will be added advantage. 3. Skill :- - Integrity, dignity, gracious - Possess good communication, multi-task, interpersonal skill, problem-solving skills and team player - Able to take up new challenges, and work under stress. - Proficient in speaking and writing in Mandarin and English Job Responsibilities: - Consulting with owners to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns. - Assisting owners to manage their properties and tenants. - Correspondence to owners & tenants for any property related matter, handle and attend to owners\' & tenants\' complaints and resolve problems. - Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for rent. - Coordinate with out-source service providers and contractors to handle cleaning, repair and fixing. - Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior from time to time. Requirements: - Self vehicle - Willing to work after working hour - Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese - Office location at Puchong (Nearby Lotus Setia Walk) Benefits: - Basic RM2500 + Petrol allowance RM500 Additional Benefits: EFF / SOCSO / PCB / Medical and Hospitalisation Leave, allowance Provided
