Job Description

Position: Property ManagerSalary Range: RM 6,500 to RM 9,000 (Can be negotiated based on experience)Working location: Muar, JohorResponsibilities: * Manage and oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and facilities management.

• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all property facilities and systems.
• Implement and maintain property standards and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of property staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and manage property budgets, forecast expenses, and optimize financial performance.
• Monitor and analyze property performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain positive tenant and guest relations, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with corporate headquarters or property owners on strategic planning, reporting, and operational updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management.

Requirements: * A bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management within the hospitality industry.
• A proven track record of successful property operations and financial management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
