Property Sales Executive
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage new and existing portfolio (personal and room rental portfolio) - Ensure all the investment operations meet production standards - Assist in solving in daily unresolved issues related to both personal and business investment operation. - In charge of existing property investment rental collections - Source, evaluate and recommend new investment and investment strategies on property through social media, new agent, auction houses and developer - Liaise with loan department in applying loan and ensure loan approved for both company and clients for investment house - Ensure property\'s utilities and documents name change to company - Ensure property well managed, repaired and upgraded - Follow up with renewal of tenancy - Explore better potential rental for existing property portfolio - Analyze and grow current property portfolio - Ensure and keep proper documents filing -To achieve 10 new properties for year 2022 - Assist reporting supervisor on other related work Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
