Property Sales Executive

Job Description
- To attend all Customers to attend/brief on Company\'s product offering
- To make phone call in order to make appointment with Customer
- To attend appointment with Customer
- To get new intake (Customer)
- Closing deals successfully, and to compile & update sales report on a daily basis
- Actively source and meet potential Customers for Sales Closure
- To assist in marketing activities and to perform related work as assigned
- Preferable SPM or Diploma/Degree Holder in any field
- A least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Languages: English and Malay (Fluent in Mandarin will add advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has driving license and own transport
