Job Responsibility:

Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients.
Convincing customers to purchase products and services.
Answering customers\' concerns and queries.
Documenting sales and processing orders.
Gathering feedback from customers.
Conducting market research to identify customers\' needs and selling strategies.
Representing an organization at trade fairs and other business events
Drafting sales reports and submitting them to superiors.

Job Requirement:

Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in Property, sales or related field
Able to communicate with BC,BI,BM
A background in real estate is advantageous.
Good multitasking and team working skill is required.
Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
Have a valid driving license and own transport.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good in building rapport with customers.
Strong motivation to achieve sales target.
Team player.
