Handling a sales agents team, assist & guiding team members if needed Assisting agents regarding customers inquiries related to projects. Perform all sales duties, follow up administration (till S&P sign off) and after sales service. Ensure the sales gallery & sales office\'s running in good condition. Attend and assist customer enquiries on property information, loan application and end-financiers. Brief and coordinate with agencies when necessary. Prepare sales process related documents. Job Requirement: Looking for Mandarin Speaker Experienced in managing a team Minimum 4 years\' related work experience. Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Able to work on weekend. Work experience in property sales is required. Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
