A MNC in the chemical industry is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join their team! Your new company You\'ll be working for a MNC in the chemical industry that is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to be based in Selangor. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors. Your new role Takes charge of expanding the company\'s portfolio of Soil conditioning, Calcium, Magnesium, and sulphur fertiliser products in the agriculture markets of Malaysia. Assists in formulating and conveying the value proposition of the company\'s products, ensuring favourable profit margins throughout the value chain. Manages the technical promotion of the company\'s agriculture portfolio. Initiates and oversees crop trials and demonstrations involving key stakeholders such as local agronomists, cooperatives, government research institutes, and NGOs. Regularly visits customers to discuss technical effectiveness and explore possibilities for utilising the company\'s products further. What you\'ll need to succeed Possession of a Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture or Agronomy, with the added advantage of a Master\'s degree in a related field of Agriculture. 5-8 years of sales experience in agriculture markets. Preferred experience in the plantation markets. Preferred experience in the field of fertiliser or soil conditioning. Willingness to travel extensively, at least 50% within the designated area and occasionally beyond.
