Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and preparation of the tender submissions for offshore & onshore productions modules/packages
• Perform a detailed review of RFQ/inquiries documents to enable a full understanding of requirements.
• Shall work together with technology managers to establish a comprehensive and competitive technical and commercial proposal to meet client requirements.
• Ensure all discipline requirements are identified for inclusion, exclusion, deviation, or qualification in technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate information received from clients to internal discipline review. vice versa, to ensure discipline\'s clarification is delivered to clients and received feedback prior to proposal submission.
• Liaise with engineering team members to obtain and manage key proposal deliverables.
• Initiate tendering phase gate review prior to approval.
• Ensure achieve of all key tendering information in the company server.
• Technical review of quotations received relating to RFQ\'s issued to supply base for compliance with project requirements and generation of detailed clarifications where necessary to ensure vendor compliance with project requirements or understand deviations which require to be incorporated into quotation.
• Timely management of the aforementioned process to ensure on time submission of customer quotation.
• Commercial review of quotations to evaluate practicality of use in quotation in terms of ability to be competitive and suitability to meet any project schedule constraints.
• Achieving \xe2\x80\x9cbuy-in\xe2\x80\x9d of Project Team through detailed discussions in the achievability of potential projects with challenging constraints and taking on board their inputs to develop clear execution plan which will form the basis of the proposal.
• Customer interaction and face to face (international travel required on occasion) in the timely response to Technical & Commercial Clarifications and the management thereof.
• Ensure personal compliance with all HSE legislation and HSE Company policy.
• Be fully familiar and fully conversant with department and company policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times.
• Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.

• Bachelor\'s Degree Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in proposal/tender or project or engineering in process topside packages.
• Knowledge of international Oil & Gas standards
• Commercial awareness and strong commercial knowledge of payment terms including Warranty, Guarantee, LOC\'s, Payment Bonds, LD\'s etc.
• Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project & Power point
• Supervisory skills
