DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Confirm with orders, including customers information and payment details. To prepare offical receipts, debit/credit note, rebate, progress billing and arrnage for mailing. To key in New booking form upon received from agents To check SPAs details and key in into system To collect cheque from lawyers & purchaser To tally deposited bank transactions with HDA Statement To prepare Letter of Undertaking and Letter of Confirmation to lawyers and bankers Follow up with purchasers, lawyers and bankers on the necessary documents for SPAs. Assist with the follow up of SPAs via monitoring the completion of the agreement, sales transaction and loan application. Confirm with purchasers on their respective progressive payments and to make sure that the payments are within schedule Prepare all the relevant reports and do proper filing system and information posted in IFCA System REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\\ Candidate must have at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Management / Real Estate / Property Management, Marketing or any degree of equivalence. Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia; Other languages i.e., Mandarin or Tamil are highly recommended.
