DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Confirm with orders, including customers\xe2\x80\x99 information and payment details. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare offical receipts, debit/credit note, rebate, progress billing and arrnage for mailing. \xe2\x80\xa2 To key in New booking form upon received from agents \xe2\x80\xa2 To check SPAs details and key in into system \xe2\x80\xa2 To collect cheque from lawyers & purchaser \xe2\x80\xa2 To tally deposited bank transactions with HDA Statement \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare Letter of Undertaking and Letter of Confirmation to lawyers and bankers \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with purchasers, lawyers and bankers on the necessary documents for SPAs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the follow up of SPAs via monitoring the completion of the agreement, sales transaction and loan application. \xe2\x80\xa2 Confirm with purchasers on their respective progressive payments and to make sure that the payments are within schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare all the relevant reports and do proper filing system and information posted in IFCA System REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must have at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Management / Real Estate / Property Management, Marketing or any degree of equivalence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia; Other languages i.e., Mandarin or Tamil are highly recommended. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate has to be highly motivated, positive, works well in teams and must be driven by results. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
