Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain files, databases, and records.
- Supplies Management: Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support Staff: Assist team members with administrative tasks.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans and itineraries.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses.
- Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors or clients.
- Coordination: Liaise between departments or external parties.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve administrative issues.
