Position: Engineer Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Intake: December 2025

Allowance : RM2,000.00 SOCSO + EIS Contribution 8 days Annual Leave + 8 days Medical Leave

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any engineering-related field. Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. Practical experience with design software. Excellent research and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.

Job Scope:

Analyze customer or project requirements to determine the necessary specifications, resources, timelines, and costs for engineering solutions. Develop and implement testing procedures, maintenance plans, and quality checks for systems, equipment, or components. Recommend design improvements, process enhancements, or repair solutions to address technical issues. Conduct inspections and evaluations to ensure systems, equipment, or project deliverables comply with relevant standards, regulations, and safety requirements. Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results. Provide technical support during project execution, system implementation, and product deployment. Stay updated on emerging engineering technologies, best practices, and industry trends to support continuous improvement. Assist in research and development activities to create innovative solutions and enhance existing designs, systems, or processes.
