Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor in Administration/Business Administration/ Office Management
Responsibilities:
Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Record Keeping: Maintain files, databases, and records.
Supplies Management: Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Support Staff: Assist team members with administrative tasks.
Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans and itineraries.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Budget Tracking: Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses.
Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors or clients.
Coordination Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and serve as a liaison with external partners.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative challenges efficiently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
