Placement: Petaling Jaya

Position: Logistic Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Intake: December 2025

Allowance : RM2,000.00 SOCSO + EIS Contribution 8 days Annual Leave + 8 days Medical Leave

Requirements:

Degree in Logistic and Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. Good command of English, writing, reporting, and speaking skills. Good technical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Able to oversee other related scope of work such as Documentation, Procurement & Co-ordination. Possess good negotiation skills, analytical and commercial inclined. Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with various levels of management, clients, and employees. High level of computer literacy and reporting capability

Job Scope:

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project Resolve supply, quality, and service issues with vendors Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Filling process Find a new potential vendor Update Ordering Form Control List Any other ad-hoc task will be inform by superior from time to time.
