We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn
Protege (Civil Engineer)
to join our team under the PROTEGE program. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are seeking hands-on industry exposure, mentoring, and career development in the civil engineering field.Job Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and coordinating
site work, project progress, and contractor activities
. Support in preparingproject reports, technical documents, drawings, and site records
. Assist the engineering team in conductinginspections, measurements, and quality checks
. Participate in planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones. Ensure all site activities comply withsafety standards and company procedures
. Perform any other related tasks as assigned by supervisors or project engineers.Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (PROTEGE intake). Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and within a team. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
