The purpose of Prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 Program is to support the Division by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, FUSE, Digital on Demand, Pfizer Learning Academy
Liaising with internal stakeholder in other departments and with external contacts.
Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
Prepare learning material and uploading material on Pfizer system
Administer, plan new rep training calendar and learning plan
Assist Training Manager in training coordination and administration.
Prepare learning material and uploading material on HRDC Portal
Administer and ensure training documentation efficiency
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field
Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Marketing
Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
