Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



Assists Project Manager to handle and manages all accounts and procurement related matters at site. Oversees office duties which comprises of leave and claim management, orders supplies and manages records database. Supervises on attendance-related issues and supports in payroll function by preparing and submitting site overtime summary report to head office. Manages petty cash transactions and ensures office supply and inventories are sufficient.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Qualification: Possess a Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field. Good communication, multitasking and time management skills. Well verse both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
