Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Deliver

excellent customer service

to maintain and enhance the Body & Paint (B&P) business. Assess

vehicle damage

and prepare

accurate repair estimations

for both insurance and cash-paying customers. Provide customers with

clear cost estimates

, keep them informed on job progress, and conduct post-repair follow-ups. Perform

job explanations and cost breakdowns

upon vehicle delivery to customers. Handle

negotiations with insurance companies

and submit invoices accordingly. Ensure proper

handover of vehicles

to Service Advisors, with all customer requests fulfilled as promised. Enforce

company policies and procedures

related to warranty, cash, and credit card transactions. Oversee

daily B&P workshop operations

, ensuring compliance with Proton's B&P SOPs. Plan and implement

marketing activities

and expand the

spotter network

to achieve sales and service targets. Liaise effectively with

internal departments

and

external suppliers

on operational and administrative matters.

Job Requirements



Minimum

SPM / SKM Level II / Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

, or related field. Prior experience in the

automotive industry

with exposure to

Motor Claims

is required. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

with the ability to manage customer expectations. Proficient in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin is an added advantage). Possess a valid

Class D and/or B2 driving license

. Patient, empathetic, and organized in

problem-solving

. Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role. Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

. Must be willing to

relocate or work in Sungai Long, Kajang

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
