Job Description

: * Planned, implemented, manage, develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, stakeholders and clients to promote the company\'s image , increase their satisfaction and engagement with the company. * Handle and manage of company\xe2\x80\x99s documents and related government documents. * Assist department Directors & General Manager, by formulate strategies related to external public relations and promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals. * Connect with Malaysia governments bodies to maintain the relationship and corporate image with government agencies. * Focus on external threats (social and current political situation), and provide relevant information to superior for corporate development from time to time. * Promote company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate culture & image to outsiders, * Regularly update company information on social media platforms, and establish a great corporate image to outsiders. * Handle proofreading and editing internal or external communications to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the information. * Supervise and track all the kinds of media information\xe2\x80\x99s, editing and finalize to a report. * Prepare interview scripts, built corporative connection with journalists and media. * Manage documentations related to top management. * Complete other tasks assigned by department Director & General Manager from time to time. Requirements: * Possess at least a Diploma or a Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or any related field. * Min 2 years working experience in Public Relations/Social Media/ Marketing/ Customer Service or equivalent. * Outstanding communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both written and oral (Mandarin & English), with the ability to communicate with, and adapt to, different communication styles at all levels. * Strong knowledge in Public Relations & Marketing with environmental science will be an advantage. * Capable of managing multiple projects/events simultaneously under set deadlines * Possess own transport and able to travel outstation and locally as and when required.
