Job Description
Responsibilities
- To purchase & source the raw materials activity from supplier
- To issue Purchase Order to supplier after make a price comparison and approved by Deputy General Manager or General Manager.
- Expediting & follow up with vendors on time materials delivery as material planning requirement
- Compliance with purchasing policy
- Responsible for the smooth material connection to support production needs.
- To provide contingency plan for late deliveries
- In-charge for transportation arrangement for material delivery
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations or Supply Chain management and any other related field.
- Fast learner with positive attitude.
- Pleasant and cheerful personality, able to deal with people from all levels.
- Self-starter and good personality
- Excellent analytical, problem solver & good written communication & and interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Local Malaysian Citizens only
