WE'RE HIRING: Purchaser / Procurement Executive

Location: Prima Sri Gombak

Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 (based on experience & qualifications)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining efficient supply operations?

We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Purchaser / Procurement Executive to oversee purchasing activities, ensuring our company receives top-quality materials at the best value.

Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and equipment in line with company needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries. Evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and reliability. Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of all procurement activities. Ensure all purchasing processes comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Preferably Male candidates. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel and familiar with purchasing systems. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
