We are looking for a Purchasing Agency to join our team based in Malaysia. We are looking for the right people to do the work. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
• Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
• Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
• Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.
• Attending events, shows, and exhibitions to network with vendors and view new products.
• Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
• Updating all records of purchased products.
• Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
• Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years related working experience
• \xc2\xb7 Have the ideas about the terminologies such as MOQ, ETA, FOB.
• \xc2\xb7 Skillful in email, calling vendors, searching through variety of purchasing platforms
• \xc2\xb7 Communication skills during phone call or Zoom meeting
• \xc2\xb7 Personalities of friendly, sincere, and professional are very important
• \xc2\xb7 Good in time management, especially punctuality
• \xc2\xb7 Good in productivity, especially capable to complete at least the daily chores
• \xc2\xb7 Able to communicate in Bilingual (Written and Verbal).
• \xc2\xb7 Need to work from home, possess own laptop/PC with good internet access.
