Job Description

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xef\x82\xa7 Follow purchasing procedures and make new products sourcing independently

\xef\x82\xa7 Improve supplier\xe2\x80\x99s performance (quality, cost, delivery and service)

\xef\x82\xa7 Make material plan and inventory management

\xef\x82\xa7 Plan/manage the routine raw material orders

\xef\x82\xa7 Suggest improvements in purchasing and production systems.

\xef\x82\xa7 Import/Export documents preparation for precise customs declaration and efficient clearance; Include invoice, packing list, CO and others.

\xef\x82\xa7 HS code classification for new production and data maintenance.

\xef\x82\xa7 Contact and send all necessary documents to the customer and ensure all documents finish before the ship arrive destination port.

\xef\x82\xa7 export status daily tracking & tracing.

\xef\x82\xa7 Coordination with suppliers, service providers, warehouse team and production team.

\xef\x82\xa7 Duties and other forwarder billing verification prepare payment & expense claim accordingly.

\xef\x82\xa7 AX system sale order packing slip.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

\xef\x82\xa7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from four-year college or university.

\xef\x82\xa7 Good English, Malay, Mandarin & other languages skills in listening, oral, writing and reading. Be able to use English in daily work.

\xef\x82\xa7 3- 5yrs of Purchasing/Logistics experience.

\xef\x82\xa7 Min 2 years working experience in a factory or trading company.

\xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of HS codes and import/export operations.

\xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of supply markets in steel & construction industry.

\xef\x82\xa7 Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

\xef\x82\xa7 Planning & purchasing skills

\xef\x82\xa7 Good communication skills, enthusiasm and diligence in working with various group of people.
